About Elite Dance Academy

As our Customer Astonishment Representative, you are often the first smile families see, the first voice they hear, and the person who helps them feel like they belong at Elite.

This role is equal parts customer service, relationship building, organization, and enrollment support. Every conversation is an opportunity to create an amazing experience.

What You'll Do

You'll help create an incredible experience for every Elite family by:

• Greeting families and students with warmth and enthusiasm
• Answering questions in person, by phone, text and email
• Helping new families find the right classes for their child
• Registering students for classes, camps and special events
• Giving studio tours to prospective families
• Supporting enrollment into additional programs and opportunities
• Helping solve problems quickly and professionally
• Communicating important studio updates with clarity and care
• Supporting teachers and ensuring classes run smoothly
• Keeping our lobby and customer areas welcoming and organized
• Completing daily administrative tasks and follow-up

Schedule and Compensation

Required Shift

Monday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

There is potential for additional weekday evening and weekend shifts as opportunities become available.

$16-$20/hour, based on experience.

Opportunities for additional hours and growth within Elite Dance Academy are available for the right person.
