Summary
The Custodian is responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of offices, restrooms, and public spaces to ensure facilities remain safe and clean. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and assisting with furniture setup for special events.
Job Description
Set Pay Rate: $17.12
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Location: Fort Meade,MD
What You'll Do
- Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
- Empty trash and restock restroom supplies
- Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other surfaces
- Spot clean carpets and handle basic floor care
- Help set up and break down furniture for special events
- Remove snow and ice from walkways when needed
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Follow all safety and contract guidelines
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Active TS/SCI or Secret clearance with an existing Polygraph
