Shawnee Health is seeking a Custodian II-Floor Care for our Shawnee Health Administration office. Hours are Monday-Friday 5:00pm to 10:00pm This position reports directly to the Maintenance II.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Duties

• Maintaining all VCT flooring and carpet in designated Shawnee Health Service facilities.
• Stripping, waxing and buffing VCT flooring when needed.
• Cleaning carpets when needed.
• Maintaining and organizing contents in the floor care trailer.
• Occasional float to other Shawnee Health locations

Education & Experience Requirements:

1. Mandatory

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be competent in the use of floor care equipment, such as, Floor stripper, floor buffer, carpet extractor, and vacuum. Also, must be competent in the use of computers.

2. Preferred

2-5 years of floor care experience preferred.
Bi-lingual

Starting salary - $16.00 - 17.49/hour, based on experience
