Job Details: Job Location: TX-Kerrville KROC - Kerrville, TX, Education Level: High School Diploma/GED, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Property, This position is responsible for:

Performing a variety of general maintenance and housekeeping for the KROC, maintains a safe, neatness and cleanliness of the facilities daily.

Key responsibilities:

Facilities Cleaning Responsibilities that includes sweeping, vacuuming and mopping office areas, toilets, locker rooms and kitchen areas.
Empty trash cans daily; collects trash from grounds and cleans trash cans.
Shampoos and cleans carpets, strips and waxes floors weekly.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:: We are looking for another team player who will take pride in keeping the KROC looking like new!

No formal education is needed, but six months experience performing general housekeeping duties

or

any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is preferred. 

Physical requirements and working conditions:

Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy objects.
Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and some climbing.
Ability to exert the physical energy required to perform the needed janitorial work.
Duties are performed standing and require squatting, climbing, bending and walking.   Any of the preceding duties may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of sitting.
Extensive amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
