Position Summary Moorings Park is seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian is responsible for major housekeeping duties including halls, staircases, common areas, clubhouse restrooms, offices, lobbies and floors.

Key Contributions

•  Performs major housekeeping duties including halls, staircases, common areas, clubhouse restrooms, offices, lobbies & scrubs floors. 
• Pickup & delivery of linen campus wide.
• Moves & vacuums behind furniture.
• Cleans public areas & residential carpets in accordance with policies.
• Cleans interior & exterior Clubhouse windows; exterior of campus windows on a continual basis & residential window as scheduled.
• Cleans pool & patio area furniture.
• Sweeps & mops all building trash rooms.
• Assists with storing deliveries.
• Flips mattresses in residences.
• Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required.
• During emergencies or natural disasters, may be required to remain on duty for the duration of the event.
• 0 - 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Previous experience in floor cleaning preferred.
