Job Description

Benjamin Franklin Charter School is looking for a Part-Time Custodian to join our High School Team for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities

Daily Update/Daily Check-In
Clean front offices and entryway
Place cleaning supplies orders each month with campus Order Clerk
Lunchroom duties:

Wipe down tables and walls in high traffic area
Clean counters and microwaves
Pick up trash after lunch

Check all bathrooms, restock paper towels, toilet paper and soap dispensers and remove trash
Power blower outside front entrance and courtyard
Clean various classrooms and locker rooms
Clean main exterior doors and windsor in cafeteria and Student Union weekly or as needed
Shared crosswalk duty with other custodians
Be available on two-way radio and respond in a timely manner
Assist with setup of events
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications: Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Be able to lift heavy items 20-50 lbs
Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Will be required to pass a criminal background check upon hire
