We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Custodial Services Team Member who wants to help us create an environment where everyone feels safe, comfortable, and welcome.

What You’ll Do
As a member of our team, you’ll help keep Frazer looking and feeling its best. Responsibilities include:

Create clean, fresh, and inviting classrooms, offices, common areas, and staff spaces.

Keep floors looking their best through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and other routine care.

Clean, sanitize, and refresh restrooms throughout the facility.

Keep high-touch surfaces, furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, and glass clean and welcoming.

Empty trash and recycling and replace liners as needed.

Restock restroom, sanitation, and custodial supplies so spaces are always ready for the people who use them.

Help maintain an organized, well-kept, and professional appearance throughout our campus.

Pay attention to the little details that make a big difference in how a space looks and feels.

Identify and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns.

Safely and properly use custodial supplies and equipment.

Partner with other Frazer team members to prepare spaces for programs, meetings, events, and special activities.

EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Georgia Driver’s License
High School Diploma/GED

Our Adult Services is CARF-accredited and supports individuals with disabilities ages 22-70+, as well as their families. Frazer provides person-centered daily opportunities for education, supported employment, volunteerism, community involvement, and recreation.
The Frazer Center also manages the 39-acre campus which includes the old-growth Frazer Forest, and the beautiful, historic Cator Woolford Gardens. The Gardens may be rented for weddings and special events, and all revenue from rentals supports the Frazer Center, a non-profit organization.
