Whether you're an experienced line cook or just beginning your culinary journey, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented chefs, learn a variety of kitchen stations, and help create exceptional dining experiences in one of Vermont's premier private mountain clubs.

What You'll Do

As a Culinary Team Member, you'll gain experience across multiple areas of our kitchen operation, which may include:

Preparing fresh salads, sandwiches, appetizers, entrées, and daily specials
Assisting with food preparation, plating, and presentation
Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
Working collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members during busy service periods
Delivering the high-quality food and service our members expect

Qualifications: Requirements:

A solid history of food preparation and service.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent service.
A flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to stand for extended periods and engage in repetitive motions.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Must be comfortable working in a busy bar/restaurant/kitchen environment.
Flexibility to work in a variety of conditions, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
