Position Summary

As the CSR you will be responsible for providing a great experience for all customers using parking at Meow Wolf and Mile High Station. As a CSR you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude.

Schedule

This is a full time position (40 hours each week). Schedule will be determined on a weekly basis and is subject to change based on business needs. Initially, this position will serve to provide mornings, afternoon/evening, weekends, and holidays.

Position Requirements

Successful completion of a criminal background check
Valid driver license with 3 years satifactory driving experience. 

Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting.
Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance.
Assist customers with payment at kiosks as necessary.
Direct customers entering the parking facility.
Assist customers with scan to pay payments as needed.
Keep all work areas clean, organized, and presentable.
Effectively communicate with all team members and managers.
Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer and learn the names of key people (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc).
Responsible for some cleaning duties of the neighbouring parking lot, as needed.

Auditing and Enforcement Duties and Responsibilities:

Audit each designated parking lot/garage and check for violations
Issue citations to violators and follow detailed citation issuance protocol

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.

Qualifications:
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to work outside in different climates
Occasionally having to lift 50lbs 
Valid driver license with 3 years of satisfactory driving experience
