CSA - Customer Service Associate
Pay: From $18.00/hour

What you would do:
- Greet/assist customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Inspect vehicle and surrounding area pre-wash
- Guide vehicle safely into the tunnel entrance/tunnel flow management
- Occasional pre-wash of vehicle (spray down, scrub wheels)
- Frequent inspection of Wash grounds and clean up to maintain a neat and clean environment
- Frequent inspection of Wash equipment/preventive maintenance to ensure proper functioning
- Interact professionally with both customers and team members
- Dry Off Vehicles and apply tire shine
- Educate customers on promotions and monthly memberships
- Perform other duties as the Wash requires

Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
