City Desk and Counter Sales Specialist

Job Details: Job Location: St Cloud Branch - St Joseph, MN, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Category: Warehouse, The City Desk/Counter Sales Specialist provides outstanding service by helping customers who come into the City Desk. They deliver strong customer service and a willingness to expand their product knowledge to best help the needs of our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and obtaining required parts in a friendly, professional manner.
Establish professional in-person relationships with customers.
Provide accurate parts-related information to customers.
Ensure that customer orders are entered and processed in a timely manner.
Maintain City Desk area, in compliance with company, state and federal regulations.

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
Plumbing and/or heating knowledge a plus.
Great customer service, problem solving and communication skills.
Comfortable with computer use.

Warehouse atmosphere. Employee may be exposed to moving machinery, vibration, fumes, and airborne particles. The noise level is usually moderate and occasionally loud.
