- Salary: WHD2 - $1,261.93 to $1,284.87 per week (pro rata) + super + salary sacrifice packaging
- Employment: Ongoing Part Time Contract (20 hours per week)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace. Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements:
