Crossroads is a 16-bed transitional residential facility serving adults with chronic or acute mental illness. The program focuses on psychiatric stability, daily living education, and a safe environment to support recovery.
Occupational Therapy (OT) Intern
Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:
Assist with assessments focused on daily living skills and functional independence.
Co-facilitate therapeutic group activities designed to enhance life skills and wellness.
Develop intervention plans tailored to resident goals and progress.
Collaborate with mental health clinicians and nursing staff as part of the care team.
Document observations and contribute to discharge planning.
