Job DetailsJob Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73139Lakeside Women’s Hospital is seeking a skilled CRNA to join our team in a full-time 1099 role. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a highly respected women’s health facility with a predictable schedule and strong clinical support.
Position Highlights:
• Full-time 1099
• Monday–Friday schedule, with limited call
• Opportunity to practice both independently and within a collaborative care team model

Case Mix:
• Women’s health (GYN-focused), general surgery, bread-and-butter cases
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive hourly and daily rate
• Overtime hourly pay available

• Malpractice insurance (claims-made) with tail coverage provided
Requirements:
• Active Oklahoma license (or ability to obtain)
• Current NBCRNA certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
