CRM Administrator (NetSuite/Salesforce)

Staritas is seeking a CRM Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our CRM ecosystem, with a strong focus on Salesforce Administration and NetSuite ZoneBilling. This role serves as the primary system administrator responsible for ensuring data integrity, system performance, user adoption, reporting accuracy, and alignment with business processes across sales, client success, marketing, and operations.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience administering both Salesforce and NetSuite environments, developing scalable workflows, supporting system integrations, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

About the Role

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Salesforce, NetSuite ZoneBilling, and related business applications.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, security settings, and system access.
• Configure and maintain objects, fields, workflows, automations, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, data validation, governance, and duplicate management practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Develop and enhance processes that support sales, client success, marketing, billing, and operational functions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable business insights.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, training, and system guidance.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and new feature implementations.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite ZoneBilling, and other business systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and applicable data privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of CRM administration experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience, including configuration, workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards, and security administration.
• Experience administering and supporting NetSuite, including ZoneBilling.
• Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or recurring revenue subscription-based organizations.
• Strong understanding of CRM and ERP integrations, data management, and business process optimization.
• Proven experience maintaining data quality, governance, and system performance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Experience training and supporting end users across multiple business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience with CRM implementations, system migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Familiarity with sales operations, revenue operations, customer success, or finance workflows.

Technical Skills

• Salesforce Administration and platform configuration.
• NetSuite Administration with ZoneBilling experience.
• Workflow automation, process optimization, and business systems support.
• Dashboard creation, reporting, and analytics.
• User security, permissions, roles, and access management.
• Data governance, validation, cleansing, and migration.
• CRM and ERP integrations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Understanding of relational databases and business system architecture.

Travel

Up to 10% travel, based on business needs.  While our roles are 100% remote, we do get together a few times a year for up to one week.  Employees are given ample notice and attendance is expected.

Pay Transparency Statement 

Staritas posts compensation ranges and benefits for all open roles. The compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation offered will depend on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
