Are you looking for a unique way to support your community and local businesses?
R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals like you to expand our network in Sea Tac and surrounding areas in Washington. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Requirements
- Independently licensed in the State of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost.
