Starting Pay for Adults: From $7.25 per hour to $9.00 per hour an hour, based on experience and availability. Positions are open throughout the Dayton area, with great opportunities for advancement.

As a Crew Person, your responsibilities may include:

·         Greeting customers with a friendly smile

·         Taking accurate food orders

·         Preparing McDonald’s World-Famous food, including cooking, frying, and grilling

·         Working with the Crew and Managers to hit shift goals

·         Keeping the restaurant clean

·         Stocking items to ensure everything’s ready when needed
