What You’ll Do

As a Crew Team Member, you’ll play an important role in creating a fast, friendly, and welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting customers and providing friendly, accurate service
• Taking orders and processing payments
• Preparing McDonald’s menu items according to quality and food safety standards
• Working in the kitchen, front counter, drive-thru, and other service areas
• Maintaining clean and organized workstations, dining areas, and restaurant spaces
• Working together with your teammates to provide fast and accurate service
• Following food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant procedures
• Helping us achieve our goal that no customer leaves unhappy
