About the Role:Good BBQ Company is looking for dependable, hardworking Crew Members to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Crew Member, you will help bring those values to life by serving guests with warmth, preparing food with care, and taking pride in a clean, well-run restaurant.What You’ll Do:• Welcome guests, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service• Prepare and assemble BBQ plates and menu items according to Good BBQ Company recipes, portions, and quality standards• Keep workstations, dining areas, equipment, and restrooms clean, organized, and ready for guests• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately• Restock food, supplies, and condiments throughout the shift• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times• Support teammates during busy periods so guests receive great food and service without compromise• Complete assigned opening, closing, cleaning, and other shift responsibilitiesWhat We’re Looking For:• Dependability — You show up on time, prepared, and ready to contribute• A servant-minded attitude — You enjoy helping guests and teammates• Brilliance — You pay attention to details, learn quickly, and take pride in doing things well• Quality focus — You care about clean spaces, accurate orders, safe food, and BBQ you are proud to serve• A positive, coachable, team-oriented approach• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays• Food-handler certification, or willingness to obtain one upon hireNo prior restaurant experience is required—we will train the right person.
