This position is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for employment matters at this restaurant, including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, scheduling, and termination.

McDonald’s USA does not control employment decisions at this restaurant and will not receive your employment application or participate in the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

As a Crew Team Member, you may:

Connect with customers and help create a positive experience

Take customer orders and assist them with their favorite McDonald’s meals

Prepare McDonald’s menu items according to established standards

Work with other Crew Members and Managers to meet daily restaurant goals

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant

Complete other restaurant duties as needed
