JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Credentialing, the Credentialing Manager is responsible for leading and planning the day-to-day responsibilities of the credentialing operations department.  The Credentialing Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as streamlining effective credentialing processes across multiple markets. This position is highly visible and requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct the department.

You will:

• Must possess previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the healthcare billing and/or credentialing environment.
• Must demonstrate a proficient knowledge of computer skills specifically Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and pleasantly with all customers.
• ECHO HealthStream OneAppPro Credentialing software experience is preferred.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and with others.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations.
• Must demonstrate familiarity with payer markets on a national level.
• Must have a high level of attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of healthcare billing operations.
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate direct reports.
• Manages the flow of information between the payers and credentialing team members.
• Must have a strong problem solving and analysis and resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with RadNet Leadership, practitioners and providers; including sensitive and confidential information.
• Will be responsible for providing information for month end closing to the Director of Credentialing.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis to ensure timely completion according to process requirements.
• Must have excellent time management skills and an ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Capacity to work under pressure.

If You Are:

• AAS required.
• Minimally 5 years’ experience in healthcare billing and/or credentialing.
• Minimally 3 years’ experience is supervisory or managerial role.

• Follows HIPAA, compliance, privacy, safety and confidentiality standards at all times.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
