WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯

The Paid Media Creative Strategist owns the creative and messaging strategy for paid media and search-driven campaigns, with a strong focus on static ad formats. This role drives performance-focused creative development through data analysis, structured testing, and cross-functional collaboration to support customer acquisition, revenue growth, and scalable digital marketing performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯

Paid Media Creative Strategy (Static Ads)

• Own the creative and messaging strategy for paid media and search-driven campaigns, emphasizing static ad formats.

• Develop campaign concepts, creative frameworks, and testing roadmaps aligned to acquisition and revenue goals.

• Establish scalable creative strategies that improve performance across digital advertising channels.

• Translate brand positioning into performance-driven creative executions.

Performance Analysis, Tracking & Reporting

• Analyze digital marketing performance of static creatives using key metrics including:

  • Click-through rate (CTR)

  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC)

  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)

  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)

  • Campaign-level KPIs

• Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

• Deliver regular reporting and performance updates to marketing leadership.

Creative Optimization & Experimentation

• Optimize creative assets, messaging, and formats based on performance trends and audience behavior.

• Lead structured experimentation programs including A/B testing and creative testing frameworks.

• Apply funnel and conversion insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion efficiency.

• Identify winning creative patterns and scale high-performing concepts.

Leadership & Quality Assurance

• Lead and manage designers and QA support teams.

• Set creative priorities and ensure alignment with marketing and performance objectives.

• Review deliverables to maintain quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

• Oversee workflows, timelines, and asset delivery across campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with media buying, performance marketing, CRO, and analytics teams.

• Align creative strategy with paid media execution and search marketing objectives.

• Integrate performance learnings into ongoing creative planning and scaling strategies.

• Support integrated marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels.

Digital Retail & E-Commerce Creative Strategy

• Develop and optimize creative assets for digital retail platforms such as Amazon and Target.

• Ensure assets meet platform specifications while maintaining conversion-focused messaging.

• Align creative execution with search visibility and e-commerce performance goals.

Conversion Rate Optimization & Content Funnels

• Collaborate with CRO teams on advertorials, listicles, and content-led landing experiences.

• Contribute to visual direction, messaging hierarchy, and testing strategies.

• Support initiatives designed to improve website conversion rates and funnel efficiency.

Campaign Planning & Multi-Channel Execution

• Support planning and execution of online marketing initiatives across paid media and performance channels.

• Help define campaign concepts, rollout strategies, and testing plans.

• Ensure creative readiness across platforms and campaign launches.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🔍

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

• 3 years of experience as a Paid Media, Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.
