Creative Growth Marketer

Full-Time | Remote | $8/hour

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Growth Marketer to create high-performing content across organic social media and paid advertising.

This role combines content creation, performance analysis, and paid media development. You will initially focus on producing and improving creative, then grow into managing Meta ad campaigns within 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form and long-form video.
  • Create graphics, thumbnails, carousels, and promotional assets.
  • Repurpose content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage the weekly content calendar.
  • Research hooks, formats, competitors, and content trends.
  • Analyze retention, engagement, reach, and other content performance metrics.
  • Develop ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative variations.
  • Turn winning organic content into paid ads.
  • Review ad performance and recommend new tests.
  • Within 90 days, launch and manage Meta campaigns.
  • Monitor CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Identify creative fatigue, pause underperformers, and scale validated winners.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced video editing skills.
  • Strong graphic design and visual branding skills.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Good understanding of hooks and direct-response creative.
  • Comfortable interpreting marketing data.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Full-time availability and exclusive commitment.

Preferred

  • Meta Ads Manager experience.
  • Experience with creative testing or paid social.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, or LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Experience in healthcare, B2B, or professional services marketing.

What Success Looks Like

You consistently create strong content, identify what is working, develop better creative variations, and use performance data to improve results.

By Day 90, you should be able to independently manage day-to-day Meta campaign operations using company SOPs.
