Job Details: Job Location: Center at Centerplace - GREELEY, CO, Salary Range: $35.00 - $40.00Hourly, The Center at Centerplace is looking for a Part Time Registered Dietician to join our growing team!
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting and documenting Medical Nutrition Therapy for patients including initial and on-going nutritional assessments, care planning, patient monitoring, patient counseling and training regarding diets
- Assists in calculating and/or interpreting of diet orders
- Monitors and evaluates patient food services.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
Colorado Registered Dietitian
PREFERRED:
Bachelor's Degree
SNF/LTAC experience a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 per week
