Integrity Commercial Cleaning is looking for a reliable and adaptable Cover Float Cleaning Specialist to help keep our cleaning routes running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who likes variety, can adjust to changing assignments, and takes pride in delivering quality work.

📅 Your Weekly Schedule

Sunday – Thursday

Friday & Saturday – ALWAYS OFF!

• Sunday: Begin around 8:00 AM and work until your assigned cleaning locations are completed.
• Monday – Thursday: Begin around 5:00–5:30 PM and work until your assigned cleans are completed.
• Schedule & Locations: Your assignments may change from week to week depending on which routes need coverage.

This is a great position for someone who is comfortable with a flexible and changing work environment.

💵 Pay

$15.75 – $16.00 per hour

🧽 What You'll Do

• Step in to cover cleaning routes when employees are unavailable.
• Assist with vacant or newly opened routes.
• Clean commercial offices, medical facilities, and common areas.
• Complete routine cleaning tasks including:

  • Dusting

  • Vacuuming
•  
  • Mopping
•  
  • Restroom cleaning and sanitizing
•  
  • Trash removal
•  
  • Cleaning break rooms and common areas
•  
• Follow Integrity Commercial Cleaning's cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Make sure assigned areas are completed thoroughly and on time.
• Report any maintenance, supply, or cleaning concerns to management.
• Maintain a professional attitude at every location.
