About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Public Area Attendant to join our team at The Seagate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of restrooms, public areas, meeting spaces, exterior walkways, and other shared spaces across the property, in alignment with The Seagate’s high standards.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for all guests and members.

What You Do:

• Arrive promptly, well-groomed, and in proper uniform with name tag displayed.
• Maintain positive relations with guests and members at all times.
• Execute cleaning tasks with meticulous attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Adhere to instructions from supervisors and department heads diligently.
• Possess proficiency in English to comprehend instructions and member/guest requests.
• Perform cleaning duties such as floor, restroom, and surface cleaning, utilizing appropriate tools and chemicals.
• Follow prescribed route sheets and operate equipment like pressure washers and buffers safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Capability to scrub, scour, and clean surfaces while reaching overhead or working in confined spaces.
• Proficiency in using various cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with members/guests, associates, and management.
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Display traits of creativity, loyalty, dependability, and good judgment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to reach, grab, and lift objects above shoulder height.
• Comfortable with regular squatting and kneeling.
• Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
