Are you ready to make a difference after the school day? The YMCA of Greater Richmond is on the lookout for positive, energetic role models to join our team in the Atlee YMCA After school Program.
Position: After-School Child Care Counselor
Locations: Atlee YMCA
Hours: Weekdays - 2:30pm-6:15pm
Salary Range: $16-16.50 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Create fun, engaging activities that help kids grow and thrive
- Support youth development through structured play, learning, and leadership
- Supervise and inspire a group of awesome school-age children
- Be a trusted mentor and a daily highlight in a child's life
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with kids
- Reliability, creativity, and energy to spare
- Must be 18 with high school diploma or GED
- 6 months of experience is required but your enthusiasm matters most!
