Drybar Fredericksburg is hiring an experienced, fast‑paced, high‑skill Stylist who can deliver flawless blowouts with consistency, confidence, and speed. If you can complete a full Drybar‑quality blowout in 45 minutes and love creating beautiful, finished hair, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

Service Excellence

• Perform Drybar‑quality blowouts within the 45‑minute service window
• Execute a full range of finishing styles: sleek, smooth, voluminous, textured, curly, glam, and event‑ready
• Confidently perform braids, updos, and add‑on services (treatments, extensions, etc.)
• Assess hair type, texture, and condition to determine the best approach
• Recommend products that support style longevity and hair health

Guest Experience

• Create a warm, upbeat, confidence‑boosting experience for every guest
• Communicate clearly to understand preferences and deliver personalized results
• Maintain a polished, professional presence that reflects Drybar’s luxury brand
• Build loyal guest relationships through consistency and exceptional service

Professionalism & Teamwork

• Arrive prepared, punctual, and ready to perform in a high‑volume environment
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service flow
• Support a positive, inclusive, high‑energy team culture
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Operations & Standards

• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation protocols
• Uphold Drybar service standards, timing expectations, and product‑use guidelines
• Contribute to retail performance through knowledgeable recommendations
• Represent the Drybar brand with warmth, professionalism, and consistency

Qualifications

• Current and valid cosmetology license (required)
• Strong blowout and finishing skills across all hair types and textures
• Ability to complete a Drybar blowout in 45 minutes
• Must be available to work weekends
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
• Self‑motivated, driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Team‑oriented with a positive, supportive attitude
