✔️ Provide professional hair services, including:

Haircuts
Shampoo & Styling
Blowouts & Roller Sets
Coloring (if offered)
Other licensed salon services

✔️ Provide professional nail services, including:

Manicures
Nail shaping and trimming
Polish application
Basic hand care services within your scope of practice

✔️ Create a welcoming, relaxing salon experience for residents

✔️ Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace

✔️ Supply your own professional tools, equipment, products, and consumables

✔️ Maintain all required professional licenses and liability insurance

✅ Qualifications

✔️ Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License required

✔️ Ability to perform both hair and nail services preferred

✔️ Candidates specializing in only hair or only nail services are also encouraged to apply

✔️ Previous salon experience preferred

✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills

✔️ Ability to work independently

✔️ Compassionate and patient when working with older adults

📋 Position Details

⭐ Independent Contractor (1099)

⭐ Flexible scheduling

⭐ Contractor retains 80% of all service revenue

⭐ Peter Becker Community retains 20%

⭐ No employee benefits
