About the Role 
As a Copywriter at BioRender, you’ll help bring our mission to life by creating compelling, clear, and engaging content that connects with scientists around the world. You’ll own the development of high-quality marketing copy across a variety of channels — from product launches and lifecycle campaigns to web pages, customer stories, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials — helping drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, Product, and Design teams to craft messaging that makes complex science feel simple, approachable, and inspiring.
What You’ll Be Doing 

• Write compelling copy for website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, product launches, blogs, customer stories, social media, paid advertising, and sales enablement materials.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to develop messaging that clearly communicates BioRender’s value proposition and resonates with scientists, researchers, educators, and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to bring campaigns to life through cohesive storytelling across digital and customer touch points.
• Maintain BioRender’s brand voice while adapting messaging for different audiences, products, and stages of the customer journey.
• Review, edit, and refine content based on stakeholder feedback while ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality across all customer-facing communications.
• Deepen our understanding of our users through customer research, exploration of our product, and learning about scientific research.

What You Bring to the Table 

• 3–5+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or brand writing in a life sciences environment; a PhD in a life sciences discipline is strongly preferred.
• Proven success writing scientific marketing content across multiple channels that drives measurable engagement and business impact.
• Exceptional scientific writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify technical or scientific concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships across cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback effectively.
• A passion for crafting content that educates, inspires, and helps scientists communicate their work more effectively.
• A growth mindset — you're curious, creative, resourceful, and excited to help shape how BioRender communicates with millions of scientists around the world.
