Resurrection has an opening for a Coordinating Assistant to Worship Experience in our Ministries & Programs division! The position is part-time, non-exempt, some Sundays required and is located at the Leawood campus at 13720 Roe Ave. Please see below for a full job description.

Job Summary 

The Coordinating Assistant provides administrative support for the Worship Experience Director and helps manage daily operations for the Worship Experience ministry team across all locations. This position is also a member of the church-wide Administrative Professional team, which provides for the development of administrative professionals across the organization with focus on skills, cross-training, use of technological tools and cross-divisional collaboration.

Position-Specific 

• Manage purchasing across locations. Collect information from locations for worship/events and handle bulk purchasing. Collaborate with other Worship Experience staff to ensure items are accurately sorted and distributed across locations in a timely manner.
• Provide general administrative support for the office and daily business operations. 
• Point of contact in Worship Experience for Ministry Scheduler Pro, onboarding new volunteers to this scheduling platform and ensuring all database records are kept up to date with accurate volunteer rosters. 
• Maintain databases, registrations, and surveys, as needed.
• Support the oversight of the team’s collateral budget and expense tracking, including purchasing, expense reimbursements, contractual arrangements, and budget planning. 
• Create name badges for volunteers.
• Provide administrative support, when directed, to assist other parts of the Division and Church.
• Other duties, as assigned.
