What You’ll Do

Our kitchen is the heart of the restaurant—and you’re a key player. You’ll help bring our bold flavors and fan-favorite menu to life.

Prepare and cook menu items like wings, burgers, and more
Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed
Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties

Requirements:

     Required

Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede)

     Preferred

Prior experience working in restaurant or retail environment
Food Handler Certificate

     Physical Requirements

Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a busy kitchen

Oregon Sick Leave (OSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
Paid Leave Oregon (PLO): Access to state-mandated paid leave (eligibility requires earning at least $1,000 in the prior year).
Employee Perks: Eligibility for food and beverage discounts per company policy.
Oregon Military Family Leave: Eligible for up to 14 days of unpaid leave per deployment if working an average of 20+ hours per week.
