Our dinner service is early, our kitchen staff rarely works past 8:30pm!

We offer education opportunities with the ACF! (American Culinary Federation)

*Rotating weekends and holidays required*

We are looking for ambitious cooks to prepare food to the chefs' specifications and set up stations for menu in the kitchen. You'll perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. You will be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team.

Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industrys best practices
Culinary school diploma is a plus
Ability to work well with a team
