THE JOB:

As a Cook Helper, you’ll bring your knowledge of food products to support a fast-paced kitchen and help deliver quality dishes to our guests. With a welcoming attitude and passion for hospitality, you’ll help create memorable WOW experiences that guests will carry with them long after their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.485/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area
• Maintain solid knowledge of food products
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
• Regularly run for food and restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
• Assist the pantry worker, cook, master cook and chef as needed in execution of service
• Work as a team, assist guests and employees with their needs and inquiries
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• 6+ months of relevant culinary or kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of food products and basic kitchen practices
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
• Comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
