What You'll Do

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Ensuring food presentation, taste, and temperature meet expectations
• Following dietary and nutritional requirements for residents
• Maintaining sanitation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the kitchen
• Assisting with meal service and dishwashing as needed
• Engaging with residents to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience
• Supporting a welcoming and hospitality-driven culture that contributes to resident satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Culinary degree preferred
• At least one year of cooking experience in a restaurant, senior living community, or similar setting
• Passion for hospitality and serving others
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and customer service
