We're famous for our New York-style bagels and deli delights, all served up in our sleek, 10,000-square-foot space near the Convention Center. We mix old-school favorites with a modern twist, drawing in food lovers from every corner.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
As a Line Cook at Bagelmania, you’re not just cooking – you’re making magic happen! You'll be the superstar of our kitchen, crafting dishes with flair and precision. If you love the rush of a busy kitchen and live to bring flavors to life, we want YOU!
What You’ll Get to Do:
Rock your station like a pro, with everything prepped and ready to go before the action starts
Whip up delicious dishes like a culinary ninja, following the chef’s lead and keeping things tasty
Collaborate with the head chef to create daily specials that make customers say, “WOW!”
Keep your station clean and shiny while rocking those food safety standards like a champ
Stay on top of ingredient freshness, portion control, and inventory – less waste, more flavor!
Help open and close the kitchen, setting up the next shift for success like the team player you are
Work side by side with your fellow kitchen rockstars to keep the flow smooth and efficient
Organize and maintain your storage areas, so everything is easy to grab when the heat is on
What Makes You Awesome:
You’ve got 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen, or you’ve graduated from a culinary program – either way, you know your stuff!
Your cooking techniques and kitchen know-how are on point
You’re quick on your feet and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro
Team player with killer communication skills? That’s you!
Nights, weekends, holidays? No problem – you're ready to roll whenever!
Authorized to work in the U.S.? Check!

Qualifications
The Siegel Group (TSG) is a privately held real estate investment and management firm with a comprehensive platform covering all real estate classes. For nearly two decades, TSG has acquired, repositioned, developed and managed hundreds of real estate assets throughout the southwestern United States with a market value exceeding $2 billion.
TSG has developed a strong reputation for creating value by repositioning under-utilized, mismanaged, and/or under-performing properties, including multifamily, extended-stay, boutique hotel, hotel-casino, retail and office assets. TSG adds significant value to the properties it acquires and manages with an aggressive and comprehensive operations and management team, leveraged with TSG’s in-house construction, design, legal, accounting, sales, and marketing departments.
TSG has been recognized by the press and state and local officials for its contributions to the State of Nevada and the communities in which its assets are located.
TSG is focused on acquiring assets in all sectors, with a particular interest in multifamily and extended – stay assets located in urban areas with access to public transportation and major employment centers. TSG’s strategy is to acquire under-performing income-producing assets that offer medium to long-term appreciation and the potential for revenue growth through refocused, intensive, and hands-on management.
TSG also targets investments that can be acquired at attractive valuations due to financial or physical distress.
