Prepare ingredients and follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent quality

Set up and maintain stations including stocking, organization, and cleanliness

Cook and plate dishes according to restaurant standards and ticket timing

Monitor food quality including taste, temperature, and presentation

Follow sanitation and safety protocols in compliance with health department regulations

Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and teammates to ensure smooth service

Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and minimizing waste

Demonstrate strong knife skills and understanding of core cooking techniques

Work efficiently under pressure during high‑volume service periods

Maintain reliability and professionalism with punctuality and teamwork

Food Handler’s Permit or ServSafe certification preferred

Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs
