What You'll Do

• Prepare recurring financial and operational reports for executive leadership and corporate headquarters
• Develop management reporting packages, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
• Analyze trends, variances, and key business drivers, providing meaningful insights and recommendations
• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to understand business activity and its financial impact
• Support month-end reporting and business performance reviews
• Consolidate large data sets from multiple sources into clear, actionable reporting
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and executive inquiries
• Present findings and recommendations in a concise and professional manner

What We're Looking For

✅ Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, graphs, and data analysis

✅ Strong financial reporting, business analysis, and variance analysis experience

✅ Ability to work with large data sets and translate information into business insights

✅ Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations

✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills

✅ Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

✅ Self-starter who takes ownership and works independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting month-end reporting cycles
• Manufacturing industry experience
• SAP experience
• Experience working within a global or multinational organization
• Japanese language skills are a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
