Tracelink is looking for a Contract Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Sales Talent Acquisition Team. In this full life-cycle
role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and closing top-tier Sales and talent.
In this highly visible role, you will play a critical role in supporting the rapid expansion of our sales organization. We are
looking for a true head-hunter to select, engage, and close niche talent.

The role can either be office based in Wilmington, MA, or this role can be remote position – you must be based in
Eastern Time Zone as some management and some positions you may support are in UK/EMEA. The is a contract position - the expected term is 4-6 months.

Responsibilities:
 Understand the business need and candidate capability well to best fulfill the business need.
 Define the talent acquisition strategy for roles including Account Managers, Sales Executives, Sales Directors,
and Presales.
 Frequently build campaigns in LinkedIn to attract well qualified top tier sales talent to TraceLink’s open roles.
 Develop pipelines of highly qualified talent for open positions.
 Drive best in class hiring processes with urgency.
 Interview and solidly qualify candidates for a range of Sales and Presales positions.
 Drive high-quality candidates through the recruiting process.
 Develop internal relationships with hiring managers, executives, and the wider HR team.
 Own the offer processes with candidates and the business – astutely recommend offers to maintain an excellent
offer-to-fill rate.

Qualifications:
 Ability to understand our value proposition(s), various systems, and build relationships quickly.
 Experience recruiting ERP, CRM, Supply Chain Management, Integration, or other complex software solutions.
 Experience recruiting Sales Executives from mid to senior level.
 Experience recruiting Solution Consulting/Presales would be beneficial.
 Solid capability, and a track record of headhunting sales talent, with LinkedIn Recruiter.
 Ability to implement creative sourcing including LinkedIn Recruiter, Professional Networking, Cold calling.
 5+ years of software sales recruiting experience.
 Experience of corporate systems (HRIS/ATS) – we use Greenhouse.
 Ability to shift priorities and maintain urgency.
 First-rate written and verbal communication when dealing with internal and external communication.

This is a contract position, it is required as we are currently expanding our sales team. The expected term is 4-6 months.

Final compensation offered may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience level, fit for the role, skills, domain knowledge, internal equity, budget, and location.

US Pay Range$70—$85 USD
