Contract HR Generalist

Description

We are seeking a Temporary HR Generalist to provide coverage during a leave of absence. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, employee support, onboarding, and general HR administration. The assignment is expected to last approximately 4-6 weeks and will be fully on-site Monday through Friday. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and employee documentation.
• Provide general HR support to employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist with employee relations and HR-related questions.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
• Handle additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous HR Generalist or similar human resources experience.
• Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
