Contract Deal Clerk - Accounting I

Job Details: Job Location: McCord's Vancouver Auto Center - Vancouver, WA, Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00Hourly, Job Shift: Day Shift, Job Category: Accounting, McCord's Vancouver Toyota is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Contract Deal Clerk to join our Business Office. Responsibilities:
Review deal jackets for completeness and accuracy.
Process and post vehicle sales contracts.
Verify required documentation for funding and compliance.
Work closely with  the Business Office to resolve missing or incorrect paperwork.
Posting vehicle funding and maintain organized deal files.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, lender requirements, DMV regulations, and manufacturer standards.
Assist with month-end deadlines and payroll cutoff processing.
Maintain accurate records and communicate professionally with internal departments.
Qualifications: Previous dealership accounting or contract clerk experience preferred.
Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
