Job Description
HOUSEKEEPING CREWS WANTED - TEAMS OF 2 OR MORE
Mountaineer Cleaning and Maintenance is looking for experienced STR cleaning crews. Not residential cleaners. Not people who keep a really clean house. We need actual Airbnb, VRBO, or vacation rental turnover experience.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for established crews of 2 or more with a reliable vehicle, strong English speaking communication skills, and serious attention to detail.
And yes, the earning potential is real. In 2025, some one person teams earned over $100,000. Two person teams earned approximately $120,000, with one reaching approximately $150,000 before additional incentives. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on workload, availability, reliability, and performance.
You clean. We handle scheduling, property managers, software, laundry logistics, and the backend headaches. Most importantly, we provide consistent work.
