JOB OVERVIEW

Unrivaled is seeking an experienced independent content producer to provide production services for branded and partner-sponsored content during the 2026–2027 Unrivaled season. The engagement is expected to begin virtually on December 14, 2026, with production activities in Miami, Florida beginning on or around December 26, 2026, and continuing through approximately mid-March 2027, subject to completion of the agreed scope of services.

The contractor will provide experienced production and project-management support across branded and partner-sponsored content, helping translate approved creative concepts and partner requirements into completed content for Unrivaled's social and digital platforms. The scope will include coordinating production logistics, managing assigned deliverables and production timelines, and advising on platform-specific execution from concept through publication.

The contractor will collaborate with Unrivaled's Content, Creative, Social, and Partnerships teams, while exercising independent professional judgment over the manner and means of performing the services. Except where onsite attendance is reasonably required for shoots, events, meetings, or other production activities, the contractor will determine how and where to perform the services necessary to complete the agreed deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Management

• Lead end-to-end production management for branded and sponsored content, from creative brief through final delivery, including production timelines, budgets, shot lists, call sheets, and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate with account managers, internal stakeholders, production crews, and external vendors to deliver content that meets agreed project scope, brand standards, and platform requirements.
• Coordinate logistics for studio and on-location productions, including scheduling, vendor management, and onsite production support.
• Manage multiple content productions concurrently while maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Platform & Content Strategy

• Advise on platform-specific creative execution, including formatting, pacing, and publishing considerations for social and digital channels.
• Apply Unrivaled's Content Playbook and campaign guidelines to support consistent brand execution across deliverables.
• Collaborate with the social team to coordinate content rollout, sequencing, and platform adaptations.
• Monitor emerging platform trends, content formats, and best practices, and incorporate relevant insights into production planning.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with Content, Social, Brand Partnerships, Marketing, and external partners to coordinate branded content deliverables.
• Coordinate with editors and creative contributors to facilitate timely delivery of platform-ready content.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and production updates to appropriate stakeholders throughout the production lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in content production and/or social media content roles
• Demonstrated understanding of video production fundamentals — pre-production planning, on-set workflows, and post-production handoff
• Strong grasp of the social media ecosystem, with platform-specific fluency across Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and YouTube
• Proven project management skills — you can juggle multiple timelines, budgets, and stakeholders without dropping a ball
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable being the face of a project for both internal teams and external partners
• A sharp eye for brand consistency and an ability to translate brand guidelines into practical production decisions 
• Experience producing branded or sponsored content for a brand partner or rights holder
• Experience in sports, women's sports, or live event content
• Familiarity with content management/workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Hootsuite, Greenfly, Shade)
• Must be located in the Miami, FL area or be willing to move there during the season (relocation expenses are not provided).
