Consultant

BackOffice Associates, LLC d/b/a Syniti has multiple openings for the position of Consultant based out of its location in Omaha, NE.

Job Duties: Deliver technology and business solutions to clients across multiple industries, including Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities. Analyze client business processes and system requirements to design appropriate solutions. Apply industry best practices to solution design and implementation. Configure and adapt technology solutions to meet client-specific needs. Ensure delivered solutions align with functional and technical requirements. Conduct detailed requirements analysis in collaboration with client stakeholders. Perform data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities. Create analytical reports to support decision-making and solution validation. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Validate data and requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the customization and configuration of technology solutions. Support system setup, testing, and validation activities. Collaborate with technical and functional teams during implementation phases. Ensure accuracy and completeness of configured solution components. Resolve configuration issues identified during testing and client review. Work closely with other consultants on customer sites as part of small to large project teams. This position is 100% remote and can be performed from any home office in the United States. The role reports to office in Omaha, NE. The role requires 10% domestic travel to various locations that can not be anticipated to participate in meetings with clients, kick-offs, and project delivery.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related analytical or technical field plus 3 years of experience in data migration, data governance, or related data focused roles or any occupation in which the experience was gained. Also requires demonstrated experience in the following:

• Three years of experience participating as a team member on consulting or technology implementation projects.
• ERP Implementation: Experience participating in at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Data base and Querying: experience using Microsoft SQL Server, including writing SQL queries, understanding table structures and working with relational database concepts.
• Data Analysis: experience performing data quality analysis, experience conducting statistical analysis using defined methodologies or tools.
• Experience mining and analyzing transactional electronic data.
• Project execution/ Technical Delivery:

• Experience performing requirements analysis.
• Experience performing data analysis for business or technology projects.
• Experience creating data or analytic reports using structured datasets.
• Experience supporting the customization or configuration of technology solutions.
