Summary
The consultant agent will handle inbound and outbound calls while scheduling appointments and conducting virtual benefit presentations for union members. They are also responsible for completing applications, performing quality-control reviews, and participating in ongoing training.

Position Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Schedule appointments with union members who have requested benefit information
- Conduct virtual benefit presentations
- Complete required applications and paperwork
- Perform quality-control reviews
- Use basic computer systems and digital tools
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time-management and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required
- Post-secondary education is an asset but not required
