The Concrete Foreman leads and coordinates concrete crews on commercial construction projects. What You'll Do

Lead and supervise Concrete Carpenters, Laborers, and Apprentices on commercial construction projects.
Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
Coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules and production goals.
Oversee subgrade preparation, formwork installation, concrete placement, and finishing operations.
Manage crew productivity, manpower allocation, materials, and equipment needs.
Coordinate with Superintendents and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and resolve jobsite issues while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and jobsite-specific safety requirements.
Train, mentor, and support crew members in safe and efficient work practices.
Represent Miles McClellan professionally when interacting with owners, general contractors, and project partners.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For

2-3 years of commercial concrete construction experience.
Previous crew leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of concrete formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete placement, and finishing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and layout information.
Experience coordinating labor, materials, and equipment to support project schedules.
Strong understanding of construction safety practices and OSHA requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience operating construction equipment such as skid steers, telehandlers, and aerial lifts preferred.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
