Start dates for the Memory Center positions are anticipated between December 2026 and January 2027.

What You'll Do
As a Concierge Team Member, you will:
- Create a warm, inviting, professional, and safe environment for Residents and guests.
- Welcome visitors, provide information and directions, and connect guests with the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages, and assist callers efficiently and courteously.
- Facilitate communication using two-way radio systems with Team Members throughout the community.
- Stay informed about Willow Valley Communities resources, publications, and intranet updates to assist Residents, guests, and callers.
- Ensure key boxes remain secure and key issuance procedures are properly followed.
- Support the Resident move-out process by accepting keys and processing associated documentation.
- Serve as backup support for emergency phone calls, Simplex system alarms, and emergency communications.
- Coordinate communication with the Manager on Duty, Maintenance Team Members, Team Leaders, and department representatives as needed.
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Assist with transportation scheduling, reservations, and communication for WVC transportation services.
- Submit maintenance requests for WVC properties and Residents.
- Submit IT service requests for WVC computers and phones.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and learn additional software, databases, and web-based applications.
- Receive, sort, and distribute USPS and internal mail.
- Collect, sort, and notify Residents of package arrivals.
- Operate copiers and fax machines and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
- Secure and maintain the safe, process service payments, and reconcile daily cash box receipts.
- Prepare memos, letters, schedules, correspondence, reports, and other requested documents.
- Follow established Concierge Desk procedures and daily operating practices.
- Perform a variety of clerical duties, including copying, scanning, faxing, and collating materials.
✅Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- A high school diploma or GED and six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Schedule
Friday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Every Other Weekend: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Every Other Holiday
