Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Concessions Stand Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience.

Unit Description

Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate. As New England’s largest sports and entertainment arena, TD Garden is the home of the storied NHL’s Boston Bruins and NBA’s Boston Celtics franchises and hosts over 200 events annually with over 3.5 million visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any questions in a friendly manner 
• Serve food and beverage items, following proper sanitation guidelines and adhering to all alcohol service policies 
• Participate in the set-up of the kiosk, arrange inventory, and notify the stand lead of any inventory shortages 
• Maintain a clean appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment 
• Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service or retail, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Cash handling and POS system experience, ensuring accurate transactions
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume events while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Attention to detail in preparing orders and maintaining cleanliness
• Must be available to work 80% of scheduled events, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions 
• Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally 
• May be required to work in narrow spaces or variable temperatures depending on the season
