Overview
Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring part-time Concessions Attendants to join our team at Hencraft at Hub Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Concessions Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience.
Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Unit Description
Delaware North is a leader in food service management, operating some of the busiest and most famous kitchens in the world. This is no exception when it comes to serving up exquisite cuisines and unforgettable dining experiences in the Boston Hub area including locations such as Banners Kitchen & Tap, Momosan, and the Boston Hub Food Hall.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any questions in a friendly manner
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items, following proper sanitation guidelines
- Participate in the set-up of the food service and counter area, arrange inventory, and notify the stand lead of any inventory shortages
- Maintain a clean appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
- Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift
Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience
- Excellent guest service skills
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
- May be required to work in narrow spaces or variable temperatures, depending on the season
