Responsibilities  

This is a tipped position/participates in tip pool 

Interacts with guests, providing excellent customer service  

Take payments using a POS (Point of Sale) system, and provides appropriate change on cash transactions  

Prepares orders in a safe and efficient manner  

Delivers orders to guests  

Ensures that all supplies are well-stocked including the beginning and end of day  

Maintains a well-groomed, neat appearance   

Communicates with supervisors and managers regularly to maintain up-to-date information regarding park operations  

Attends all necessary F&B training classes  

Other duties as assigned 

Positive Attitude  

Must be at least 16 years old  

Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays  

QualificationsWhat You Need 

Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic. 

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. 

Must be willing to attend Serv-Safe to obtain certification.

Must be willing to attend TABC class to obtain certification. 

Physical Requirements  

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, crawl and stand for long periods of time.  

Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time  

Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary. 

Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead. 

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs. 

Ability to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed. 

Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities.
